From South

• Take junction 8 on the M11. Follow signs to Saffron Walden / Audley End House (B1383). After Newport, follow sign to Saffron Walden (B1052).
• As you approach Saffron Walden from the west there are three mini roundabouts.
• Follow the sign for the town/town centre.
• At the third roundabout (just before the war memorial) take the right hand turn into Debden Road.
• Follow this road past the crossroads (Borough Road should be on your right here). LPA Niphan is on the right, nearly opposite the Victorian Water Tower.

• Take junction 10 on the M11.
• Follow signs to Saffron Walden (B184) into Saffron Walden and down the hill to the traffic lights.
• Up the hill on the other side bearing right at the war memorial.
• At the mini roundabout turn left into Debden Road.
• Follow this road past the crossroads (Borough Road should be on your right here.) LPA Niphan is on the right, nearly opposite the Victorian Water Tower.

• Take the A120 to Great Dunmow, then the B184 through Thaxted to Saffron Walden.
• As you approach Saffron Walden there will be a concrete water tower on your right.
• Immediately after the Saffron Walden town sign there is a mini roundabout. Bear left at this.
• Follow the road to the crossroads at which you turn left (Borough Road is opposite). LPA Niphan is on the right, nearly opposite the Victorian Water Tower.
